Chillifish has a delightful and secluded garden, full of palm trees and other native plantings and a gorgeous swimming pool on a raised decked area. With sunbeds to relax on and table and chairs to enjoy dining alfresco, you may never want to venture very far from this charming holiday home.

Had a wonderful week at Chillifish!! Located in walking distance to the Gulf and the Bay and around the corner from Pine St. You could not ask for a better location. If you are looking for Myrtle Beach, go there... this is laid back old Florida!
I have no complaints and I can be picky!
You must go to Rod and Reel Pier...Not the City Pier that is very close... Waterfront and Sandbar are very good, eat breakfast at Ginny's and Jane E's, wonderful! Can't go wrong with a burger at Living Swell! If you want to adventure out... go to the Gulf Inn in Bradenton Beach for breakfast. Dine in the sand with a perfect eggs benedict!
Looking forward to coming back to aMI and staying at a PineappleFish property!!

The location and cottage are idyllic. We loved our stay and definately hope to come back some time. Only minor things that could be better - info folder is a bit out of date, carpet in bedroom was stained and would be helpful to give advice about insects in the pool area for non-us residents (got badly bitten the first day). Small suggestions only as it was a beautiful place and a superb holiday. The staff at Sato Real Estate were really helpful.

In response to your comments posted, we have replaced the carpet in the bedroom after we were unable to remove well enough the marks with deep cleaning. And, we have reviewed the information folder and are making some amendments to bring it more up to date.

We Were very impressed of the generous house with the beautiful backyard. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything we needed. the place was perfect. Short walk to the beaches and to the Waterfront Restaurant which is absolutely recommendable. Also the chillifish wie can recommend.
The table in the backyard is unsuitable for familys with small childrens (highchair).
The bed in the masterbedroom is to small (it's not a kingsize).

Chillifish was a nice house and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our only suggestion might be to consider new mattress pads. The beds are very firm. The house is nicely decorated and very open.

Great space for a family to chill out after a week at the parks. Brilliant family size pool for fun and games. This is a truly luxurious experience. Island is so laid back, beach is gorgeous and local restaurants friendly and great value for money. Hope to return soon!

Chilli fish was a really beautiful villa in a really great location...an easy walk to the beach at the end of the road..wonderful restaurants at each end of the road...a really peaceful and relaxing stay...the villa had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time...wish to return as soon as we can...recommend hiring bikes, great fun...
Our group consisted of myself and my husband our two adult daughters and boyfriend and best friend.

No question about the inside of this villa. It is really nice; elegant and everything you could need. The location is really good, about equidistant from either shore and in a quiet and clean street. The front of the property doesn't disappoint either. What lets this property down is the pool area and outside eating area. There were no recliners just plastic chairs and a small table. On top of this the pool wasn't maintained very well and there appeared to be an oversupply of mosquitoes. We called about recliners and had a couple of non-matching plastic ones dumped at the front of the property. Overall it is a shame because the property really could be outstanding, but for us the time spent outside on holiday is really important - relaxing by the pool; eating a BBQ etc. This is why we have given 3 stars not 4. It should be an easy fix for the management company.

It is very important to us that the maintenance of our homes, which includes the outside area, is of the highest standard, so that you can enjoy all the facilities the home offers without exception Therefore, we will be discussing the pool maintenance with our team on the Island, to make sure this doesn't happen again.
And, with regard to your comments about the outside furniture, again, we will ensure that there is adequate chairs etc, for our guest to really enjoy and take advantage of the wonderful garden at Chillifish.

We thoroughly enjoyed Chillifish...so much so that I do not want to tell the world how good our stay was! The house was perfectly located, minutes from the pier for fishing and a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard was the perfect oasis for a lazy afternoon of daiquiris and laying in the sun.
This was our second trip to anna Maria Island and from the mouth of my 6 year old..." we were living the dream" for a week.

We stayed at Chilifish for a Thanksgiving holiday. We have two children (ages 7 and 10) and this was an ideal house for them. The pool and proximity to both the gulf and bayside beaches was great (5 minute walk to either beach). Many restaurants and amenities also within easy walking distance. Only issue was no simple amenities were provided (e.g. dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap for the bathrooms, a dish brush).

We came here for a wedding at the SandBar it was two couples and 3 children. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us and all the amentities you would need or want. The kitchen was great. Only a few negatives...I wish the beds in the Master and Guest rooms were King size, they were very small felt like doubles. The carpet in the master was pretty stained. Also the pool was not heated so it was a little chilly.

We really did enjoy our stay. Our second time to anna Maria Island. The house was light and airy and the pool area was lovely. Perfect for our 4 year old who learned to swim there.

Thanks for your comments and we are going to stock Chillifish out a little better. We checked to make sure the pool heaters were working ok, which they are and we do always set the heaters to a minimum temperature of 83. We're sorry it was a little cold when you visited, but hope that doesn't put you off coming to see us again soon!

Chilifish is a beautiful house that is peaceful and relaxing. Our main complaint is that it is a little far from the beach, but in some ways the house is worth the location. If you plan on cooking the extra cooking supplies are a must because the kitchen is not very well stocked for that. We enjoy eating at all the wonderful restaurants that anna Maria has to offer, so this was not a problem for us. Lastly, the water pressure in the master bath is sorely lacking, however the master is so beautiful that it is still a wonderful room.
