Privately located, casually designed and stylishly decked-out 7 bedroom waterfront home opens onto a dock and the intercoastal with direct boaters’ access to the Gulf. And if that isn’t enough, it’s situated just a short stroll from some of the best the Gulf beaches. A pool and a hot tub complete the picture. What more can we say? If beach, swimming, boating and the rolling sea are your things then you may never want to leave!

The living room is filled with big, comfy furniture centered around an enormous flat screen TV. A big open kitchen with a counter, 6 stools and a dining room with 8 chairs can contentedly seat a big family. The private master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. Another king is in a guest room, a queen bed takes stage in yet another guest room while a couple twin beds in another can sleep two more. If you need more room; another floor and more room! Another kitchen, dining area, flat screen in the sitting area and 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and a pair of twins. A bonus! A huge screened in deck will keep everyone content if it ever rains.

If that is not enough, you can rent a new 22 FT deck boat that will seat 12 for your sight seeing and fishing pleasure, powered by a 115 HP Yamaha it will sure get you to where you need to go .

  This house has a great location & set-up: plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 living areas so people could have some quiet time. The boat rental was a great amenity, fishing off the dock was fun, the pool was nice.
  
  However, the house was very dirty when we arrived - I had to vacuum and sweep the floors (my feet were black from walking through the house once). Dirty towels were hung neatly in bathrooms - yuck. We bought new shower curtains to replace ones covered with mold. The tables on the porch had not been cleaned and were covered with spilled drinks/food. We bought skillets - they ones provided were not useable. Only one TV was working - although the cable guy did come by when we were there. The refrigerator icemaker leaked - there was always a pool of water on the floor. Early in the week, the handle came off the sliding door to the porch and was very difficult to open - Matt did come by mid week to fix it and tried to fix the refrigerator.
  
  Compared to other houses we have rented the last 10 years in the Carribean, Hawaii, and mainland us this house did not measure up to its 'luxury' billing. With some TLC the house could really be very nice.
  
  I do want to mention Matt did talk to the cleaners and gave us some credit on our deposit. Matt was friendly to deal with.
  
  I would recommend this house - but Caveat Emptor.
