This cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis Royal on a quiet side street. With two bedrooms upstairs containing one queen bed in one, one double bed in the other, a twin bed in the den and pullout sofabed in the living room, you'll have no problem getting a good nights rest.

Cancellation Policy - In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify the owners as soon as possible. Otherwise you may loose your deposit according to the following guidelines:
If you cancel at least 72 hours (3 full days) in advance you will receive 100% of your deposit back; if you cancel at least 48 hours (2 full days) in advance you will receive 50% of your deposit back. Any cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance of check-in will not allow for a refund, unless we are able to re-book your accommodations. If we successfully rebook for the same period, we will gladly refund you 100% of your deposit. Â
Full payment is due in cash upon arrival or before arrival via Paypal.
Deposit to be returned upon satisfactory inspection.
Please inquire about monthly reservations and special discounts for extended stays.

Thank you Jill for such an amazing experience. From start to finish you made us feel like extended family. Your home is full of charm and warmth. We liked the fact that everything we needed was there for us, as our days filled up fast it was nice to know we could come (home) and enjoy our evening and get a wonderful sleep. It was nice to walk around and get a few things, the winter market was a big hit as well. We all loved staying at the Cozy Gem and will be back the next time we are able to visit.

This vacation house was great. It is big enough for a family to fit comfortably, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed during our travels. It is located on a quiet little side street but literally steps and minutes away from everything this beautiful town has to offer.
Our time here seemed to go to quickly with everything there was to see and do but in the evening we put our feet up and relaxed after a busy day. There was even a bbq to enjoy.
We did prefer the vacation house more then an inn or B&B; because you could come and go as you pleased and didn't have to worry about disturbing other guests.

I spent a couple of days with my parents in annapolis Royal last summer. It was our first time in Nova Scotia. I found this little gem and very glad we booked it.
Excellent place to stay and in the middle of everything in annapolis Royal. The house is immaculately clean and have all the comfort of a home. It's your home away from home in beautiful Nova Scotia! I highly recommend this gem and if I have the chance to be in this part of the world again, I will definitely book my vacation with Jill once again. Thank you! -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were so close to the water , the wharf, the shops etc. the house was immaculate and very comfortable. We will not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone!

The house is located downtown on a quiet side-street. Just steps away is the farmer's market, restaurants and stores. Perfect location.
The house had everything we needed for a busy holiday, washing machine and dishwasher, and was very clean. 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 baths allowed for enough room for everyone. A third small den/bedroom was an extra bonus. My son loved the kids playroom and wifi.

this beautiful home is located in the middle of everything ,kids playground ,a farmers market on saturdays, the wharf,grocery store just down the road upper clements park just up the highway it was the most kid friendly rental property we ever stayed at plenty of room in the backyard for them to play ,beds were very clean and comfortable it has everthing you need to make your stay a great experience ,can't wait to go back next year and stay longer.thnx jill
