Description from the owner
The villa is located hillside in Anse des Cayes with a view on the sea and Pointe-Milou. There is a well equipped kitchen, a comfy living room and a covered dining terrace. The lovely bedroom has an French king size bed and an ensuite bath open onto the rear yard.
There is also a BBQ area with outdoor dining and a patio with a fabulous heated jacuzzi in the outdoor rear yard.
All the doors and windows have screen. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

We stayed at Villa La Case du Roy from May 2 to 9, 2012. The owners are a pleasure to interact with. They don't just rent their villa, they strive to provide a relaxing vacation experience. This is our forth visit to St Barth and our first time renting direct from owners, and first time at Case du Roy. It is the most comfortable villa yet. The spacious living room is a nice place to relax at night. But the best attraction are the grounds. The front has a large covered area with relaxing chairs, a table where we ate breakfast and some of our in-home meals, and a very comfortable hammock. I spent countless hours at night relaxing in that hammock, reading and entering my trip journal.
The living room is completely screened, and a great place at night to relax and listen to the nighttime tropical sounds (no cars or loud neighbors). But if it was hot, it is air conditioned separately from the bedroom. The garden has a very new, heated jacuzzi that was a pleasure to relax in. We used the gas grille twice to grill some steaks.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about any utensil you might need. We used the kitchen each morning to heat up our croissants in the oven, make oatmeal in the microwave, and make coffee and tea. The grounds are very private making for a comfortable stay.
The villa is impeccably kept. It is centrally located - in 5 minutes you can be at the Match U market, airport, St Jean & Flammands beaches, St Jean shops and Gustavia. We loved it there, loved the owners, and hope to return soon.

My husband and I recently stayed at Casa du Roy for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is centrally located, close to the airport, supermarket, Gustavia and all of the beaches. It is super clean and the landscaping is beautiful- we spent plenty of time in the hot tub in the garden! I can't wait to return!

Grande villa pour 2 personnes avec joli jardin et jolie vue.
Le Jacuzzi dans le jardin est très agréable.
La maîtresse des lieux est extrêmement serviable et répond à vos besoins.
Tout est parfait pour un séjour très agréable. -

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Case du Roy from May 24, 2011 through May 31, 2011. Our host, Jocelyne, met us at the airport and showed us the villa. She explained some items about the rental and helped us get our bearing in St. Barth's as it was our first trip to the island. The accomodations were very comfortable for two people with a bath and a half, a great living area and sizable bedroom. My wife and I spent a few early evenings napping in the back of the house and one night enjoying the hot tub. The best part about the villa was the location with an easy drive to St. Jean and Gustavia. We'd recommend staying at Villa Case du Roy to anyone and cannot wait until our return visit!

La Case du Roy is the ideal place to spend your St. Barth vacation. The villa is well equipped to fulfill your every need, even those you didn't realize you had.
The owners go out of their way to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. They keep the villa in impeccable condition and maintain it throughout your stay.
From breakfast on the front porch to relaxing in the jacuzzi at night, you will enjoy every moment of your stay at La Case du Roy. The location is ideal as it is situated mere minutes from both St. Jean and Gustavia, the island's two main "towns." Even the farthest reaches of this small island are no more than 15 minutes away.
We have stayed in many locations on the island, but we are sure to return to La Case du Roy.

Highly recommend to anyone who is well traveled and looking to vacation in St. Barts to relax. The villa is practically new, well cared for and centrally located. The owners are wonderful and responsive - they think of everything in making your stay as pleasant and as memorable as possible.

we were impressed when we arrived to this wonderful villa. very private, clean, loaded with amenities and yet simple. enjoyed the outdoor cooking and dining. the hot tub in the eve was a real treat. look forward to a return visit.

We've stayed at La Case du Roy 2 times and are coming back next year. The villa is immaculate and the owners care for it themselves. They are justly proud of their property. Villa is fairly new and the furniture is quite chic and modern. Kitchen, which we use only for coffee making!,is very well equiped: microwave, full stove, dishwasher and all sorts of cooking utensils.
The view is just okay. You do see the water in the distance but it's not some spectacular villa perched on a cliff. Nor does it have the spectacular price of those villas! Book through the owners for the best deal.

La Case du Roy was a perfect gem. Ideally located(central).
Accomadation was absolutely perfect. All the ammenities you would require were all provided. Cleanliness was impeccable. Unbelievable value for the property, considering other rentals on the island. Definitly worth returning to.
