Villa K's lucky owner made his dream come true in this brand new contemporary villa. A large wood deck with exotic finishes at the foot of a sand path leads right to the beach. A large heated swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and faces the ocean. The large sliding doors of the living room open onto an immense deck arranged with deckchairs.
