Villa " les lauriers " located in the heart of Anse des Cayes, has a beautiful ocean view nestled in a magnificient garden. This new villa is located in a very peaceful environement, the neighborring is very quiet. Aces to the beach is a just work away ( 2 minutes).
This newly completed villa has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a pool, with a very nice decor and a large living room opens to the terrace and the pool.The kitchen opens to the living area by a breakfast bar.
In the same rom, there is a nice dining area for 6 peaples. The 2 bedrooms has air conditioning, this villa is nice for a couple or a family.
