My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary in anstruther and we cannot recommend enough this beautiful home. The location, warm homely feel and thoughtful touches meant we had a wonderful stay. This is a great place to go with friends as it has a lovely kitchen and sitting room and a great garden for enjoying a drink and chat. Although we chose to eat out we were spoiled for choice with fantastic fish and chips at the antruther fish bar, beautiful coastal walks to Pittenweem, St Monans and Elie with a lovely restuarant at St Monans ( Craig Millar) where we celebrated our anniversary with Champagne! We are already looking to find dates to go back. Enjoy this hidden gem!

Everything was fantastic. One down fall is we did not know how to work the tellie or the washer/dryer? My Mom wanted to see the news (lol). We did wash our clothes but had to hang them to dry.

The flat was well equiped and well furnished and felt very much like home.

We had a wonderful time in the East Neuk ; our first domestic holiday in years
The apartment was superb - luxurious yet totally welcoming and comfortable
The location is ideal , a short walk to everything in anstruther
The village itself is ideal as a base and a centre for the coastal path - great walks
a good range of shops in the area , some nice pubs and eating places ; the Waterfront is excellent value and try the Wee Chippy - fish suppers were great , even better than the famous anstruther Fish Bar
amelia was excellent to deal with and the apartment was spotless , very well appointed and there was even a bottle of wine chilling on our arrival
If you are lucky as we were with a week of rainless weather , why would you go anywhere else? -

We stayed in the apartment for close to 7 weeks and we were delighted with all the apartment offered. Peter and amelia made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is only 1 minute walk to the harbour so the location could not be better. We would have no hesitation in returning there or recommending friends.

This apartment is absolutely spectacular! The pictures just don't do it justice. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the place is in excellent condition and feels very new and fresh. Lovely spacious rooms with high ceilings, wonderful decoration and beautiful oil paintings in every room. The garden is also so peaceful & a great place for sit and relax over a glass of wine in the sunshine. The apartment is located in the heart of anstruther, just 10 minutes from St andrews, Crail and Elie, great spot. We had such a great time and just cannot wait to go back!!!
