Beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment in a small residence just 100m from Garoupe Beach. 2 large terraces outside , just for this apartment, offering great outdoor living space with the perfect mixture of sun lounging and shaded areas for dining. There is an outdoor shower for cooling off on summer days.
The living areas along with a shower room are on the upper floor which are bright and offer small sea views, whilst the 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor which keeps them cool in the summer (accessed by a spiral staircase which not be suitable for people with mobility problems or younger children). My family (of four) spent a perfect week here in august. The property itself is clean and comfortable with excellent sitting room, two bedrooms, bathroom and second shower and WC. The kitchen and barbecue are ideal for self-catering. The large outside sitting, dining and sunbed area is on two levels offering a choice of sun or shade at all times of the day. The beaches, restaurants, hotels and watersports of Cap D'Antibes are literally across the road, and shops for essentials are a two-minute walk away. Antibes itself can be reached quickly by foot, bicyle or road, and Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo are short drives away. Bicyles and satellite TV/bluray are available to help with going out or staying in. I must add that Stuart, the property's manager, smoothed our arrival and departure and enhanced our stay with helpful insider knowledge of the area. I can't fault this place and am very glad we chose it.

Good location and clean. The terrace is very good but the kitchen was not well equipped and the bedrooms were partly below ground which was not good for claustrophobics. The bedroom needed air conditioning and the bathroom a shower. The bedrooms were reached by a very tight circular staircase - not ideal for young children or the infirm.

If you want a vacation walking distance to a secluded, well known fabulous Cote d'Azur beach, this is the ideal place to rent. You are a minute walk from the apartment to the beach and the neighborhod is beautiful and elegant. The apartment was spacious (for the three of us), clean and had all the amenities one would need. The best part of the apartment (besides proximity to La Plage Garoupe) is the incredibly large terrace. We ate every meal outside and spent every morning having our coffee on the terrace. It was beyond relaxing and lovely. This was a wonderful place to stay, but we woudl rent a car next time because it takes an hour to walk to the old town in antibes, and the bus stop nearby wasn't in operation due to nearby construction. A car is a definite must (and the apartment comes with a garage). Also, make sure to ask for directions on how to use the tv as it took my husband an hour to figure out how to use it.

The apartment is very convenient for the beach, and excellent walks around the Cap.
Perhaps the greatest advantage is the large terrace on two levels, which affords a considerable measure of privacy, and the opportunity to eat virtually all meals outdoors.
The place was comprehensively furnished,with every modern technical aid including BBC and sky TV, with a laptop and internet connection. -

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful. I was a bit disappointed about not having the sun in the late afternoon due to a large tree blocking it. May need a lttle prunning. Needs to have a larger oven.

The place in the South of France, Beach 1 minute walk away with restaurants and bars. Apartment has fantastic split level terrace with sun trap on lower level. Bus service to antibes but car recommended for site seeing. Good local shop within 5 minute walk. Beautiful walks around head land of Cap D'Antibes. Apartment clean and airy. split level with good size bedrooms on lower level. New outdoor furniture. Bbq and outside shower!

Superb find of a place and with fabulous amenities. Very helpful service was greatly appreciated as we had a tons of questions about the area, food, etc. Clean, tidy, and very reasonable. We will beack next year!
