45 EUR for the cleaning.
Laundry charges include Bed-linen, Shower towels, hand towels, tea towels and a bath mat
40 EUR for 1 - 2 people,

There is a fee for late arrivals after 8pm.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in antibes which was in ideal location. Great for beach and bars and for walks around the Old Port and Port Vauban. Lots of nice views from the apartment especially to the Fort and mountains. There was plenty for the children to see from the windows and off the small balcony. Clean and comfortable with open-plan layout in kitchen and living room and lots of Dvds and childrens' toys. Owners were very friendly in their emails before our stay and they obviously ensure that apartment is well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard. Neighbours also very friendly across landing. Great family-friendly place to stay. Will be back.

Great place for small children with plenty of parks located close by and a beech just five minutes walk. Apartment is family friendly, clean and well equipped. Having a small child meant a lot of time was spent in the apartment but the beautiful views of the harbour from the balcony kept us entertained. The area was fantastic for local transport with the train close by for day trips.
Fabulous holiday enjoyed by all. -

Nicely equipped apartment and well-postioned for old town and harbour as well as for train station (as made a few days excursions to Italy and mountains by train). When we arrived, it was spotless - owners obviously spend a lot of time maintaining it to a high standard.

It is well-equipped and has a roomy feeling with a family-friendly open kitchen and living room. With windows on all sides, there are views to Forte Carre and the bustling street below. The owners keep the place looking really good and it is very clean and well presented. I have stayed in a number of places in antibes and for me this is definitely my favourite.

After a bumpy flight and a drowned-rat arrival, we were very glad to pass a local shop which sold food and wine to take back to the apartment for dinner. There were plenty of drying racks on the family landing area although hopefully this isn't normally needed! The apartment was great for the 4 of us girls, with a convivial kitchen and dining area and open-plan living room. Enjoyed the bars and restaurants and the beaches too when the sun came out the following day.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the apartment which we found spacious, airy and well equipped. The location was superb close to the beach and bars, shops and restaurants. The children loved the toys and Dvds and we found the kitchen extremely well equipped making it ideal for staying in and cooking in the apartment. The apartment came complete with lots of mod cons including air con essential in really hot weather, dishwasher and washing machine which was really useful particularly with having small children and making lots of trips to the beach! We can't wait to make a return trip to south of France in general and the apartment in particular, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment to other people.

The main living area was open plan and as expected from a holiday let.
However I found the bedrooms to be extermely poor in space and there was no wardrobe at all in the smaller room;no mirrors;nowhere to put
toiletries etc.
The air conditioning took a while to fathom out-there was no booklet on how to obtain best settings etc.
The fridge was off on arrival--no proper ice tray either.
Position was ideal for bars etc.so no problem there.

Thank you for your review and I appreciate your comments. This property has a more homely feel now as the owners have added some more furniture, there are cupboards and mirrors in the bedrooms.
We have added a local guide book with all the local information about Antibes and the surrounding areas, as well as the instruction manuals for equipment like the air-conditioning :-) I do hope you will visit Antibes again. -

We was in antibes in the summer 2010 and it was a wonderful holliday. This summer we recomended antibes to others and it was totally five familys with teenagers from ouer hometown in Norway as travelled to antibes. This is a very nice place but expensive.

This apartment is in a great central location - 5 min (or less) short stroll to nearest beach, Picasso museum, fruit & veg market etc. Lovely bakery is just beside the entrance to the old building the apartment is in - very handy in the morning. There are bars and restaurants located directly below the sitting room which have a great buzz day and night but are quite noisy in the evenings. No problem in June as we were able to close the sitting room windows later at night and that totally soundproofed the apartment but could be a different story if you had to leave them open when weather was warmer in July/August! Bedroom located at the back overlooking a very quiet and pretty courtyard. I would definitely stay here again.
