This lovely 1 bed apartment is the ideal location to explore Antibes and its surroundings. Only 3 minutes from the beach and all the amenities on your door step so you won't miss out on anything during your holiday.

It has 32 square meters or 220 sq.ft of space and it has been completely renovated with air conditioning throughout, a full size bathroom with a shower covering part of the shower walls with unique stone from the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen has double burner stove top, sink, dishwasher, under counter fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave/oven, and everything you need to cook and or prepare meals in the comfort of your... home.

The Living area has a large sofa bed (converts into a full size bed), to enjoy a good movie there is a flat panel HD large television, DVD player, and in case you need to use your computer there is also high speed internet available. A small dining or breakfast area French style is also available to enjoy a glass of wine or just seat and drink a good espresso or a cold beer watching through the windows the pedestrian and children playing on the playground. Also for your comfort an air conditioning unit is installed in case is required for the summer months.

The Bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two closets you can use to store your baggage's or clothes. One large window on the bed give you the experience of living close to the wonders of this area of Antibes. Additional Location Information

This beautiful apartment built in 1880 is located in the old town district of Antibes, on the main pedestrian street Rue de la Republique. Within walking distance to the stores, restaurants, beach, and in case you need something extra the supermarket is just around the corner. The outside street is full of stores, antiques shops, restaurants, fine bakery shop, the post office and main square are only one block from the apartment, two blocks back is an Emergency Room, and across the street is a pharmacy. The “Provençal Market” is 3 minutes walking and you can visit almost everyday durring the summer months, here you can buy organic fresh fruit & veg, farm products or eat a piece of the best French cheese produced locally with the best wines of the “Provence of France”. Other attractions: Marineland, Picasso museum, Antibes theater, Cinema, the Cathedral, Fort Carre, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Monaco and beautiful beaches around the area.

  I traveled from the United States and stayed with my family 3 weeks in this apartment, I was lucky to find it, it is a very nice place to stay, very clean, central location of the old town, the bus station is 30 meters from the apartment ,easy to take a bus travel to Nice, Italy, Montecarlo, Monaco Cannes,etc. The bathroom is large compared with the typical bathrooms in European hotels, It has two air conditioning , very nice for the hot days we stayed, also walking distance to all the attractions to the old town, Cable T.V. and internet was also a plus for the price we paid, I will stay again if I go to antibes !!
