9000 square meter property with large 2 meter wall and gate for privacy on the hill but at the same time surrounded by water

the villa has 3 levels ground level, lobby and first floor all together is about 900 square meters

first floor you will find : 3 bedrooms with their own balconies and a large balcony with a great view depending on the weather of antiparos island and village plus the private island of goulandris between the island of antiparos and paros, also a view of paros island , you can also view from deferent balconies the following islands, on the south iraklia, ios, sikinos, strogila, on the north syros, tinos and mykonos and on the west sifnos and serifos islands

1st bedroom (master) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom with hot tub and shower (the largest bedroom of the villa) -1st floor

2nd bedroom (small master) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom with hot tub as well- 1st floor

3rd bedroom (office) queen size bed and its own full size bathroom-1st floor

living room witch can sit easily 7 people at once

dining room witch can sit easily 10 people at once

you will also find in the same area a large full size kitchen and a fire place

4th bedroom (guest-1) queen size bed and full bathroom-lobby

5th bedroom (small guest) 2 twin size beds sleeps 2 people and shares the main house bathroom that is right next to the bedroom (perfect for smaller children or individual guests)-lobby

you also have on the outside infront of the living-dining area the 40 square meter swimming pool witch is endless and a great view, also on the outside you can find the barbecue area witch includes the grill and an oven
