Our vacationhome is open and comfortable with a great oudoors, Its perfect for a family! It is a nice and calm neigbourhood and you can relax on the deck watching dolphins swim pass nearly every day, or watch the Florida sunset which is amazing. Enjoy eating in the shade and be in sun all day in the poolarea. You can cook outdoors or indoors, as you prefer. There is possibilities to rent our boat, and go out in tampa bay. It is close to restaurants, tennis, golf, beach, tikibars and supermarket. You can rent jetskis or kayaks closeby.

It is a wonderful and calm neigborhood, you can sit on the deck watching dolphins swim pass or fishing from the deck while the kids enjoy the heated saltwaterpool. We love to take the boat or car and go to Circle Marina for a beer or something to eat, which is a very short drive. Or just go to 'beercan Island' a beach you easily reach in tampa bay.
