Charming b&b in historical Villa near Como lake

"Villa Cavadini Relais" is a small and elegant B&B; just renovated, which is located in a part of the nineteenth century villa, surrounded his private park, which belongs to the family for 6 generations.

The host family, the quiet, sober refinement of environments and high quality of service are its strengths.

The rooms, finely furnished (2 double/twin and 2 double), at the first floor served by elevator, all with private bathroom (with courtesy service), air conditioning, LCD TV, internet wifi. In one of the rooms there is a balcony overlooking the park.

The service cleaning and tidying the rooms is carried out every da...y and complete exchange of linen, as well as each new guest, every 3 days.

Complete comfort the guest lounge with a fireplace (sofas, stereos and internet point) and a breakfast room that overlooks the park, along with some common rooms of the house (eg, billiards room, veranda), equipped in beautiful season.

Breakfast is Italian, very rich and varied (salted only on request) and is served from 8:00 hours (unless otherwise need the guest, to be agreed).

The hostess knows perfectly German, English and French.

We accept small pets.

The parking is available only for loading and unloading baggage, but the public car parks are numerous and spread out around the villa. Located in a strategic position compared to the great lakes of North Como, Maggiore and Lugano, a stone's throw from the most beautiful Golf Club of Lombardy and near the motorway that in 20 minutes, leads to new Fiera di Milano-Rho and 30 in Milan.
Both beautiful to attract, over the centuries, the most illustrious names of society and not just Lombard, people who chose precisely the one or other of these lakes to build their villas, where they spent, flattered by the mild climate of those areas, more happy hours of their lives.
On request, can organize day trips to know the lakes and their peculiar beauty and lunch restaurant in the fashionable, in the most typical or aboard boats that offer daily real small cruises to know, from the water, villas, the views and the islands.
Also available on request shuttle service (extra) to and from Malpensa airport, railway stations more close (Lomazzo, Saronno, Mozzate) and the new fair Milan-Rho.
They are available to guests 2 mountain bike (man and woman) for hiking the trails and paths near and uncontaminated Park-Pineda of Tradate-Appiano Gentile.
