Just about to return for our 3rd visit to Midtown - it's a fantastic place comprising of 3 different properties all with different features and ranging from 3 -6 bedrooms. Perfect for a family get get together, a quiet weekend away or a celebration. We had my sister's 50th there in January and it was a huge success. Midtown farm has an enormous lounge with open fire - plenty of room for dancing! The Dairy has very spacious bedrooms on the ground and 2nd floor, and lovely views of the pike from the 1st floor as has the Barn - yes we have tried them all and hard to say which is our favourite! Liam and Sue couldn't be more helpful and each property is well equipped with everything you need .. and more!
There is a pub just a few yards away and numerous walks which Liam is happy to advise on.
Can't reccommend it highly enough. -

Great service - owners available when required. The renovated barn has been tastefully refurbished to provide spacious and very comfortable accommodation - eight of us (2 couples and 4 other adults) were able to fit easily with separate rooms. The location is brilliant with a tremendous view of Dufton Pike! Just enjoyed the chance to relax with friends - walk, talk and chill!
Thanks to Liam & Sue -

We had a 3 night short stay at this property and from the moment we arrived,we were made to feel very welcome by the owners.
The property itself is beautiful and kept to a very high standard.
Due to the location of the property its a must to have your own transport and the local area is lovely for walks or just to have a drive around.
We would highly recommend having a holiday here and indeed if possible we intend to return ourselves.

Hi my family of 2 adults and 2 young children together with our friends of 2 adults and 2 children stayed here for a weekend> the house is very spacious with lots of room to relax and chill and space for children to play...the kitchen is a large and lovely to cook in!...there is one bedroom upstairs with ensuite and 2 twins and another double. All rooms were clean and nicely laid out..it worked well for our two families as you had a double room next to a twin so we were all near our children! another bathroom upstairs and one more down so no queing for toilets!...There is a largeTv and books and board games for you to chill out too. There is a field out the back which was great for the children to play in and the village is nice with a pub and shop and tearoom...We went to icecream shops and kids animal farm which were all not very far away...The owners leave clients staying in thier property some lovely sausages and wine for you to start your holiday off!...I would recommend this farmhouse to anyone staying whether a large family( they also have another houses in the same courtyard for extended families) or friends with kids or couples wanting time out to enjoy the countryside. The houses are lovely with good furnishings and quality fixtures> I would certainly love to return
