1041/Step Inn was the perfect place for our family and dog. All the rooms were roomy and the furnishings comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house was in working order. Step Inn is located in a neighborhood, perfect for walking to the beach or through quiet streets, and nearby Seascape Village. Perfect place for short term and long term rental!!! Thank you!!!

We go back year after year and every year it gets better. The cottage is steps from the beautiful beach. If you open the windows one can hear the sound of the water gently pounding against the sandy beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and Internet service goes uninterrupted. The decor of the spotless house is charming. We will return!

The house and location were lovely, only exception being that kitchen was overstocked to the point where you could not find a cabinet to put food in and the linens were poor quality. The wireless connection was horrid, there was a DSL connection but no ethernet cord manager would not supply one had to go out and purchase one as this was a working vacation. Interaction with Prop manager was awful. I asked for a break down of my charges and was treated very rudely. We vaction in aptos every summer for the last 15 years and this was my first experience with Kendall Potter and hopefully my last, they were the bad thing about the whole experience

Step Inn is in the perfect location! The Wireless connection may need to be upgraded and we apologize for the inconvenience of not having it working properly for you. Our office should of sent the Handyman to purchase the ethernet cord for you. Unfortunately when we price a home our system gives us the total rate not a break down and therefore can't give you one, we apologize for this incovenience.
We apologize again and are glad that you were still able to enjoy your working vacation.
