I recently enjoyed a week at "Rooms with a View" with my extended family. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the dining room, kitchen and bedrooms (albeit over the rooftops of the homes across the street) and it provided very easy access to a large, uncrowded beach which we enjoyed. Lots of parking, big decks that were great for reading, dolphin watching and Bbqing, and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The home could use some updating - while the kitchen has been updated and is spacious, the furnishings seemed a bit dated and drab, and overall the home was not as clean and fresh as I'd expect given the price.
Hopefully by the time you stay there they will have replaced the main screen door (a very big hole is currently 'repaired' with lots of packaging tape - which looks pretty tacky) and replaced the missing screen doors on two of the three second story bedrooms. If there were screen doors on those sliders, you'll be able to really enjoy the sound of the crashing waves (without flies)!
