Relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding mountains at our lovely South Lake Tahoe home. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the area while relaxing on our new large backyard deck or kick back inside this large home while reading a favorite book.

We're located in the desirable Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe and away from the crowds. The house is only a short drive to the Lake shore itself and close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Truckee River runs behind us and is just a short walk. It is perfect for enjoying a wonderful picnic lunch. For those who enjoy wildlife, you won't be disappointed.

With all of the amen...ities this area has to offer, you can enjoy many fun activities such as going to the beach, fishing, golf, hiking, bike riding, boating, skiing, and much much more. There are some beautiful beaches close by including Camp Richardson, The Tahoe Keys Marina, and Pope Beach. Other nearby destinations include the Nevada Stateline with it's famous casinos, Emerald Bay, and Zephyr Cove.

For your winter enjoyment, we're located close to some of the best ski areas Tahoe has to offer; including Sierra at Tahoe, Heavenly Valley, and Kirkwood. After a fun day on the slopes or other winter activities, you will love spending cozy nights by our large fireplace.

The spacious 2500 square foot house has all the comforts of home and is nicely decorated and fully furnished with everything to make your time as enjoyable as possible. Included for your entertainment are a 50' Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, and Roku streaming media player. Also included, are a Video Game System, Board Games, Puzzles, and Books. So that you are well connected, the house has Uverse High Speed Internet Access(Wi-Fi) and Phone Service with Cordless Telephones. In addition, a Washer and Dryer are provided for your convenience.

Our home is open and spacious with vaulted ceiling and offers plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. Step out back to the spacious deck overlooking the beautiful scenery. The back deck is furnished with a relaxing patio set. The deck also has a large gas BBQ so you can grill while socializing, relaxing, or taking in the views.

Inside, the home features 4 large bedrooms, a large loft, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 12 people. The two large downstairs bedrooms are private and furnished with king sized beds, large closets, and have beautiful views of Echo Summit. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One bedrooms is warm and cozy with a full sized bed. The other upstairs bedroom is large and includes a queen sized bed, twin bed, and bunk beds(a great room for kids or young adults).

The house also has a two car garage and large driveway for plenty of parking.

We love that there is so much to do here. We're located close to town, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The house is centrally located near three great ski resorts. We're just a short walk from the Truckee River that runs just behind the house. Scenic views of Echo summit and the surrounding mountains right from the house. It's less than a 10 minute drive from the house to the Lake shore. We are also close to Golf courses, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

This area has it all and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.
