Two cottages overlooking the peaceful beach of Aquiraz Praia do Presidio. Only one hour’s drive from the International Airport of Fortaleza,a never ending summer, fresh fish everyday, kind hospitality…now just relax and share the dream with us.

I loved la Vivienda! The cottages, the garden, the pool, the beach is perfect! Luca (the owner) is so kind and polite, he helped us all the time. We choose la Vivienda because is near beach park (20 minutes in taxi) we Injoy in the park and after it, we relax in the cottages. I recommend the place!

Fiquei hospedado em um dos chalés do sr. Luca Camponera com minha famÃlia durante uma semana. Foi uma semana agradável em que nos sentimos em casa, graças à boa acolhida do sr. Luca, sempre muito atencioso.
A propriedade consiste em uma casa de praia e dois chalés que ficam em um terreno amplo e conta com um jardim espaçoso e uma piscina de bom tamanho.
Os chalés têm espaço suficiente para acomodar 4 pessoas. Na parte de baixo, a área é dividida por um balcão. De um lado ficam uma mesa de jantar e um sofá-cama e do outro uma cozinha com equipamentos novos. Na parte de cima, fica o quarto, com uma bela sacada com vista para o mar, e o banheiro (bem amplo).
Não há televisão ou acesso à internet. Mas isso não nos fez falta. Foi até muito positivo. O local é tranquilo e venta muito, por isso nem usamos o ar condicionado. Dormimos todas as noites com a janela do quarto aberta e foi muito bom.
Por ser um local um pouco afastado, acho que convém lembrar que alugar um carro pode ser muito útil, senão imprescindÃvel. O GPS funciona bem na região (o da TomTom deixa você na porta do local, mas o endereço a ser informado é avenida Oceano PacÃfico 120).
Resumindo: o proprietário é honesto e atencioso; os chalés não são luxuosos, mas são bons e valem o valor cobrado.Response from Luca Caponera - 01/26/2013

we stay in a wonderfull beachfront cottage whith all the conforts inside. the style of the house is very nice and new: bathroom bedroom and the usefull kitchen.and from the bed you can have a wonderfull wiew on the ocean. there is a very nice garden with a nice swimingpool and a waterfall shower. and you just walk to front beach. the place is very quiet and is ideal for relax. for the nights you can reach fortaleza or aguiraz to eat or to have shopping. people are friendly and first of all the italian owner luca. such as sport you can play golf kitesurf and surf or make wonderfull photo, eat fresh fish crabs and fruits.I will came back !!!

Una vacanza superlativa, per chi vuole staccare dalla routine, in riva al mare, il cottage in legno é perfetto per le coppie che vogliono privacy, famiglie o gruppi di amici. Perfetto per chi ama anche sport di mare come kitesurf o surf da onda, lo spot offre condizioni a dire poco fantastiche.

We really enjoyed our time at La Vivendas. It was a perfect place for a peaceful getaway with the family. Nice to open our windows at night and watch the moon on the ocean. There was no TV in the unit which initially worried our family but in the end, we had more time to spend quality time with each other. La vivendas is a little distance from beach park but still very accessible. It is also in easy driving distance to Canoa Quebrada and Fortaleza.
Luca was a great host always ready with helpful tips. The cottages are also an excellent value. -

Um lugar muito lindo,com acomodações acochegantes, hospitalidade incrivel.Um belissimo lugar para ir com a familia ou em um passeio romantico e ate mesmo sozinho.
O proprietario do La vivendo é uma pessoa maravilhosa que nos recebe de braços abertos.Não há outra forma de dizer o quanto gostamos de estar no La vivenda a não ser dizendo que lá nos sentimos em casa, numa casa com um belissimo mar em nosso jardim.

We're been here in the 2011,Febraury , and if you want stay in contact with the nature, sea, good waves for surfing and wonderfoul beach this is the right place for you.
My wife and I sleep in beatyful cottage in front of the sea and Luca is the right man for explane and know this Beautiful area of Brazil!!And also a great cooked man!!
