Cute Getaway in the Heart of Aransas Pass. Great place to relax after a day of fishing or duck hunting with plenty of room to park your boat. Less than 5 minutes to the free boat launch at Conn Brown Harbor and fishing in beautiful Redfish Bay. Within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. Centrally located between Rockport (11 miles) and Port Aransas (8 miles) and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi. Large fenced and tree shaded backyard. 3 comfortable bedrooms that sleep 6 and 2 bathrooms.
