Upstairs: 2nd bedroom: set of bunk beds, bottom ones are a full, top ones are twins, (a total of 4 beds in that one room). Living Room: A queen sofa sleeper. Downstairs, mother in law quarters: One King bed.

This is a wonderful coast house. Boat lift was fabulous; we were able to leave our boat in the water, pull it up at night and lower it in the morning. No having to go back and forth to the marina! Two bedrooms upstairs (bunk room is one, king bed other), they share a bathroom. Other bedroom is downstairs; you have to go outside and upstairs to access main house. This was perfect for two families with children. Kitchen, dining area and living room were big and open. It was fabulous! I highly recommened.

I rented this property after a lot of research for a guys weekend and it was great. It was very well maintained and everything was as advertised. It comfortably slept six men and could accommodate eight if the king beds were shared. There was plenty of space to relax and have a good time. I do recommend this place and will be returning in the future.
