Very pretty, all windows face trees and redwoods so there's lots of natural light and green. It's upstairs so there's privacy from neighbors. Walking distance (1/2 mile to 1 mile) to Humboldt State and the town. It's uphill on the way back so you get your exercise. It's in a quiet residential area. Lots of little amenities, really well stocked kitchen, big bathroom with 2 sinks and loads of towels, washer, dryer. Very smooth checkin / checkout. There's parking for one car plus lots of additional parking in the neighboring street.

Located in a beautiful setting looking out at redwood forests the property was located on an extremely quiet street with peace and serenity abounding. Wonderful location if you want to enjoy the calm and also great location for exploring the north coast. The townhouse is wonderfully maintained and fully supplied with any creature comforts you can imagine. A little on the high end for price, but still a very nice property.
