A stylish newly fitted kitchen with bar stools and boasting all the desired appliances and a spiral staircase to the upper loft style floor completes the room which also offers direct lake views which are framed through glass French... doors.
The doors open out onto a sunny covered balcony terrace which offers alfresco dining for you and your guests will be blown away by the lake and mountain views which feature the charming medieval townscape of Argegno, the famous Isola Comacina and the bay of Lenno where Villa Balbianello can be found.
The sleeping accommodation is extremely flexible and spacious with accommodation ideal for a group or family of up to 8; with two spacious double bedrooms, a third versatile bedroom with twin single beds and to the living room the sofa bed can be adapted if necessary to accommodate additional guests.
Conveniently there are two modern newly fitted bathrooms in the property which features all the desired sanitary-ware including a washing machine for guest’s convenience.
