A beautiful house recently built on the outskirts of the village of Artignosc sur Verdon (10 minutes walk) and in a quiet "cul de sac".The house sits on a 2500m2 garden with a massive terrace 210m2, a pool 7.5x3.5m2, a boulodrome and a playset for our young guests. The pool is secured, as well as the land with a coded automatic gate.
Decorated with taste, this 4 bedroom house/3bathrooms is a very comfortable and charming house. The large kitchen is truly equiped to the highest standard with all the ustensils you might need to cook your favorite recipes.The worktops are all made of granite.

Notre deuxième visite à la Cheneraie, avec des amis cette fois-ci, séjour encore plus merveilleux que notre premier passage. Nos remerciements à Claude pour sa sympathie et ses services. Nous ne tarderons pas à y retourner rapidement. Endroit très très calme et village accueillant. Nous nous languissons déjà notre prochaine visite dans cet endroit paradisiaque.

The house was great, we really enjoyed getting local produce from the market and cooking in a proper chef's kitchen, as well as getting fresh meat and supplies from the lovely people in the local shop.
The area is beautiful. We cycled to La Chenarie from Nice, via the Gorges du Verdon, and it was a great place to chill out in the middle of our journey. -

We first want to thank you for allowing us to use your amazing home for our stay whilst in the beautiful village of artignosc-sur-Verdon, very picturesque indeed!
We all had a fabulous and relaxing holiday, We all loved the pool, especially the kids.
If you are looking for a villa, in a peaceful location, with outstanding scenery and a home from home feeling, then this is the place to go. Everything you would need is there, and the kitchen is well equipped, a great place to cook your meals.
Thanks Mark for also helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations where to go and visit, much appreciated.
Hope we can visit again in the not so distant future!

We are two German families with 5 kids/teenagers and 4 adults and spent two weeks in this place. Artignosc is a loverly quiet village in Provence close to Lac de St. Croix and Gorde du Verdon. There is a small grocery shop in walking distance and a bar. The next supermarket is about 20 minutes by car. There is also a brand new tennis court and soccer court in only 5 minutes walking distance. The owner was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Whatever problem or questions we had, he was always available. He helped us to book a restaurant and organised a canoe tour for us. The property is huge and offers a lot of space for playing and relaxing and has a very nice pool area. The house is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite tv, wifi, table tennis, bicycles... we did not miss a thing! The kitchen is really outstanding and we loved to cook and eat there together. If you are looking for a quiet, convenient place in the heart of Provence, this is the place to go.

Seven adults and 2 children stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mark, Claude and Sophie were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The house is bigger than it appears, very well equipped and relaxing. I (grandad) took one of the bikes for an 18km ride along the nearby GR, well worth it, pleased to find I still had the heart if not the legs for it. The pool is great to have in the 35 deg weather we had, but a swim in the nearby lake is even more refreshing. Very easy to do business with Mark. Don't hesitate to book this house you will not be disappointed because the description and photos are good but do not do it full justice. Nb don't pick up the toads as they wee on you. Maison agréable a vivre, et chaleureuse, propre et confortable, bien équipée, calme et très reposante.
environnement resplendissant.
Village animé, et accueillant.
Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes.
Joli Marché dans les villages alentours.
Possibilité de négocier les prix avec le propriétaire, pour nous qui étions que 4 personnes.
Un problème quand même , vacances trop courte pour nous, pour pouvoir profiter de ce paysage inoubliable.
