This 5000 sq foot home is a million dollar property newly built from top to bottom and was masterfully divided into TWO PRIVATE FAMILY HOMES.

Head upstairs to find 2 more spacious bedrooms (Queen, two Twins and Queen sized Futon), bathroom, and closets

FREE movies on the beach select Thursday nights during summer

Splash park and mini golf for families, events and concerts all within walking distance!

  I would like the world to know how wonderful our stay was this past September, 2012, at Figtree in asbury Park, NJ.
  
  The house is perfect and the location could not be better. Anyone that is interested in a vacation stay in a luxurious home located across the street from the boardwalk and the beach must stay at Figtree. "'You will only need your toothbrush and personal items" is a true statement. The house includes all you will need, including, the finest appliances and cookware and all of the essentials needed in a kitchen.
  
  The bathrooms are great. The master bath is out of this world. The steam shower and powerful jets could not be more relaxing.
  
  I was so impressed with the quality of materials used to build the house. The best. The wet bar is brilliant. Wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer. Top of the line appliances.
  
  Your 'home" looked lovely from the photos, but, I still packed up my sheets, pillows and towels as I often do when traveling. What a waste of time and effort.
  The house is fully stocked with fine quality bedding.
  
  And, try to find a home at the Jersey shore that is on one floor. I love Victorians, but, with an aunt and dog that can't walk up the stairs, it's a dream come true. All the bedrooms are separated, so, privacy is not an issue. The flow of the house is just great. And, the furnishings and personal touches are wonderful. This is not a "rental property". It's truly a warm and inviting home. Great living room and grand dining area.
  
  The porch! Fabulous. Spacious and has fans. In the evenings, we were able to watch the activities on the board walk and saw the water in the distance. We were over the top when the fireworks for labor day weekend were exploding over the beach, directly in front of the house. We were able to sit on the porch, have cocktails and watch the show. I can't imagine a better view!

  Our family loved, loved, loved the fig tree house. A week of memories that will not be forgotten.
  Perfect in every way!!!
  Best location - a block from the beach, attractions, and restaurants.
  Well equipped designer kitchen with upscale appliances.
  Fabulous shower with jets and steam in master bath.
  Comfy beds.
  Large dining area for many people.
  Spacious front porch with ample porch furniture.
  Gracious hosts providing us with many helpful suggestions and guidance around aP.
  Large capacity washer and dryer.
  Wet bar with additional sink,freezer, and fridge.
  
  We would hesitate to recommend this wonderful beach house to families and groups.

  The Yackel family are a guest house owners dream!
  We were so grateful to have guests who understand and enjoy shore living as we do!
  Their attention to detail for our house turn over was impeccable right down to putting the sponges in the dishwasher (we didn't think anybody even KNEW to do that!) to folding the laundry (!!) and washing and drying the bathroom floor mats first...as they must know those take the longest to dry between check-ins, to watering our potted plants during their hot summer week stay!

  Stayed here with my husband and a group of friends for Labor Day weekend and had such a great time. Vivian and Pat were amazing hosts and went above and beyond what I expected to make our stay perfect. The house is so spacious and clean. We loved cooking in the awesome kitchen while listening to music on the surround sound and eating meals out on the deck. The house comes with a great board game collection too.
  
  You can see the ocean from so many rooms in the house, and the short walk to the beach made it even better. Highlights of the town: The best vintage arcade ever (cheap, open late and Byob), beach-side bars, friendly, not too crowded even for a holiday weekend, farmers markets, and 6-person bike rental to get around town!
