Appartamento Garofano B is a graceful apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a small private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Ascea , where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).

Appartamento Garofano B is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the garden going up... an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window which overlooks the back of the house. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
