Apartment Emilia has been created from the former barn and warehouse, this is a large 12 Sq.mt apartment on two floors. On the ground floor there are the dining-living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single room + single sofabed and a bathroom with tub. The apartment has been recently restored and now you can enjoy a relaxing stay here, surrounded by the splendid landscape of the Crete Senesi, by the art and history of this unforgettable corner of Tuscany and by the Oeno-gastronomic delights of thie region, among which the white truffle stands out.... The apartment is furnished in style has an independent entrance and a private shaded external space equipped with tables and chairs for eating. At our guests disposal are the (shared) swimming pool, tennis courts, children's playground, trekking routes, the laundry room, barbeque and Internet point. The pool is open from May to September. Pets not allowed. An uncontaminated oasis in the middle of the \"Crete Senesi\" covering more than one thousand hectares entirely enclosed to be exclusively enjoyed by those who choose it as their holiday destination and by the few people who work there. A harmonious succession of fields, pasture and woods, some ponds where guests can fish on request, truffle fields a few builidings testifying to an active past that seems to return when you stroll on the roads and the many marked paths where it is not unusual to encounter hawks, grey herons, roe deer, hares and lots of pheasants from the wild life reserve and why not find the calmness you may be looking for. Maid service on request (but on public holidays): ? 22.00 per hour to be booked and paid on the premises. Inventory deposit: Euro 150,00 for the apartments Arrival Saturday afternoon from 5.00 to 7.00 p.m.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Swimming-pool: open from 01st of May till 30th of September. Pets not allowed.
