Hollies Barn, situated within the hamlet of Atlow which is just three miles from Ashbourne is a wonderful detached, former farm building that has been fully converted to provide first class accommodation. This luxury cottage sleeps four and provides two bedrooms - one double with an en-suite shower room and one ground floor twin and there is also another family bathroom. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Lovely Barn Conversion. Owners had decorated it for us with a lovely lit up Christmas Tree and Decorations. Bottle of Wine was left in the Fridge, all very welcoming. Property was well equipt, couldn't think of anything that would have made our visit any better. Really good area for Site Seeing, there are some really good places to visit all around. If there was any complaint it was that the Patio Doors looked out onto Barn Doors opposite. I would certainly visit again.

We stayed for a week in the summer. We had an amazing time. The barn was ideally located for all attractions. The accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped. The owners went that extra mile to make your stay a good one. If we were to go back to the Lake District we will definately try Hollies Barn first.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Hollies Barn is in a lovely setting with beautiful countryside all around. It is close to quaint villages to wander round and explore and not too far from Derby where we enjoyed a days shopping before relaxing with a glass of wine in the cottage. We had everything we could possibly need provided to us and the owners were so helpful. Hollies Barn has been renovated to a high standard and is beautiful inside and out
