Spend your vacation in this spacious house on the side of Sunset Mountain, overlooking Asheville. We are 3 minutes from Asheville, 10 minutes from The Biltmore Estate, 4 minutes from The Grove Park Inn and all that Asheville has to offer.

Located 1.3 miles (5 minutes or less) from downtown and on the same road as Grove Park Inn.
We are 10 minutes from Biltmore, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on Sunset Mountain with a westerly view. The cabin is on over an acre of property and there is an easement between us and the closest house. It is a quiet, private neighborhood with no really close neighbors. The cabin is located within the city limits so we have public water, sewer and priority street maintenance.
This makes it ideal for a vacation house!

We had a wonderful time in asheville and a very relaxing stay. The house is huge and could accommodate way more than the four of us. We even had friends in asheville that stayed over one night after beers and BBQ on the huge wooden deck. It is minutes to town and great access to the Blue Ridge Parkway,so all in all the perfect location for a short trip to the area. The owner was so helpful and very friendly and we felt at home straight away. I would definitely recommend this place. Even the taxi driver we used to get to and from town told me we were staying in one of the best places in town.

In august of 2012 our son and his fiance got married in asheville. It was a "destination wedding". People would be coming from all around the country! We needed housing for all, but especially for the mid-twenties age group which comprised the wedding party. We chose this location for them and we could not have been happier. It is a large, clean home which has so many bedrooms you can get lost finding them all! It is secluded, yet minutes from downtown asheville. The best thing about it is the mountain, woodsy, "away-from-it-all" feeling you have in this wonderful home! A perfect remedy for wedding chaos! The view is lovely; the kitchen large and the owner is friendly and eager to please. We highly recommend this house!!!
