Great location for exploring downtown and beyond. Clean, cozy, very comfortable. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Parking was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful loft in downtown asheville. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Well-kept loft. Very comfortable. Jean was a great host--everything went as planned and she responded to any email almost immediately.

I cannot recommend this enough. It was clean, open, with a well-stocked kitchen (not like we cooked or anything) and comfortable furniture. It was a 2-minute walk to anything we wanted to do downtown. Oh, Tupelo honey? 1 block that way. Jack of the Wood? 2 blocks that way. Curate? 1 block that way. Crazy.

This was the second time my husband and I have rented this loft. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, we coudn't wait to book it again.
From the moment you walk in, the place feels comfortable and clean, while still maintaining that chic uptown feel.
The location cannot be beat. Step out of the evelator into the Lobster Trap for dinner or drinks, or step out onto the street to find all that downtown asheville has to offer.
We used to be big Bed and Breakfast people, but now we are loft converts! -

Loved our loft! We decided to do last minute getaway and Jean and Chris were very willing flexible with our needs. It was clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. No negatives whatsoever and would defintitely stay there again.

This downtown loft has it all! It is in a prime location near resturants, shops and entertainment. The loft itself is awesome with big windows to enjoy when not on the town. It also has all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this loft and can't wait to go back.
