Escape to our beautifully furnished In-Law Apartment Suite ideally located in a private gated community in south Asheville, NC for the most discriminating travelers.

Private Guest Suite Features: King Size four poster bed, Gas Fireplace, Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen (Coffee, Tea, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Blender, Spices, Toaster Oven, Full Size Fridge, Dishwasher, etc.) Breakfast Nook for 2, Private Bathroom with Tiled Tub with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. We do have Laundry available in the main house if needed, (but it is not in the apartment).

LOCATION!!! Staying at Keswick Hills, a private gated community in south Asheville, is for anyone interested in exploring Asheville while being only 9 miles from Downtown Asheville and close to nearby amenities in a quiet setting.

It is an ideal peaceful retreat for those seeking the perfect mix of seclusion and easy convenience:

= 2 miles from Shopping, Fine Dining, Movies, Gas, Fitness Centers;

= 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway,

= 7 miles to the Airport and the Biltmore House,

= Very close to Biltmore Park Town Square, the Airport, and Hiking/Biking right out your back door, etc.

We also provide a list of recommendations and have available local tourist literature and real estate relocation information. This guest suite sits above our garage and has its own separate entrance which is completely separate from the main house. It does have stairs. If you have a late arrival, we have self check-in available so you don't have to worry. Come and go as you please. We will make every effort to make your stay enjoyable!! Your privacy will be ensured and respected. Sorry No Pets Allowed to ensure future guests with allergies are comfortable.

We are also the owners of the subdivision, Keswick Hills. So we host people for our business for Keswick Hills which is a premier eco-friendly private gated community that offers luxury real estate with custom healthy green built homes that start in the high $500s to $1M+ and large private homesites starting in the high $70s. As the owners of the subdivision, we like to offer onsite accommodation as a perfect place for interested real estate buyers to explore our community and the greater Asheville real estate market, as well. We have found that many tourists end up coming back to live here. So we have opened it up to travelers in hopes that maybe we'll become neighbors too! We can answer any real estate questions and recommend realtors for you too, if interested.

"How do I begin? Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Milan and John are very special people and they welcomed us into their home from the moment we arrived. Homemade granola, fresh baked cookies and biscotti. Fresh milk and coffee creamer waiting in the frig. What more do you want. The apartment was clean (freshly ironed sheets on the bed) and beautifully decorated. I wish I had taken pictures of the apartment for future reference to implement some of the decorating ideas from Milan."
