Built in 1943 by the owner's Great Grandfather, this newly renovated cottage style home has a fresh clean take on country charm. Bonnie's Cottage features lots of natural light, warm heart pine hardwood floors throughout and nostalgic furnishings. The cottage sleeps six and also has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. Bonnie's Cottage is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, and sits on 7 acres of land which are shared with 3 other family homes. Location is convenient to ashville down town. Yard doesn't have much grass cover, so difficult to keep dirt out. Furniture is mostly old and worn out - den couch smells - also had a bed pillow that smelled like dried urine. Yuck.

Most of our guests enjoy Bonnie's Cottage and describe it as "Cozy" and "Well Furnished," however, we know that everyone's tastes are unique and we strive to make each guest happy where they stay. The cabin was great and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that it's a little closer to the road than I expected. Even though I am a light sleeper I still was able to sleep well in the back bedroom. I did accidentally leave an iPhone charger at the house which Carolina Mornings said they found and would send back to me, but never did.

My family and I (3 couples, a grandmother and a baby - 8 of us all together) stayed at Bonnie's Cottage for a Christmastime family gathering and to visit Biltmore Estate for the first time. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home in Bonnie's Cottage. This cozy cottage was clean, well stocked with supplies and comfortable. We cooked breakfast for ourselves each morning so it was nice to have pots, pans, dishes, spatulas, glasses, etc. The price was very reasonable and a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Bonnie's Cottage.

This was the 2nd time I had stayed at Bonnie's Cottage and it was as great as my first visit. We had time to see the sites, due to the wonderful location, and spend time together due to the coziness of the cabin. We will defintely visit again. The ease of reserving the cabin was a plus as well!

We stayed at this wonderful cottage for a friends 30th birthday trip. The home was very well equiped and you could tell that it was a well loved home. The location was perfect for us, close enough to highways and dowtown asheville but still gave us the mountain cabin that we hoped for. The birthday girl wanted to go rafting so we took advantage of the one free pass that was given to us with our stay. Our rafting guide was knowledgable and funny. My only complaint was that we didnt have enough time to enjoy evrything the area had to offer. We willbe back soon!

Bonnie's Cottage fit our requirements exactly--three bedrooms, one for the baby, my husband and I, and my mother. We had room to breathe, a kitchen, a porch, and a nice yard. It was a quick trip and while looking at hotels, the price for two nights for two rooms at pretty much any hotel was going to be much more unless we wanted to go one star. Also close enough to town that it was not an issue. Entrance to Blue Ridge Parkway about 1/2 mile away, along with other major interstates.
