Set in Ashland's best neighborhood, this 1931 cottage has been lovingly restored and set up to address your every need. Cozy and incredibly clean, filled with art, hand-made pottery, antiques and hand crafted furniture. Comfortable beds, high quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen. A truly amazing property with decks, patios, koi pond and a full outdoor kitchen.

Walk to Everything; world class theater (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Lithia Park, fine dining, art galleries and shopping. Located four blocks north of down town and close to hiking and bicycle trails. The cottage has been designed and crafted to reflect the beauty of southern Oregon and to enhance your Ashland stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If MARK (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
