The Farmhouse has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds (plus futon upstairs), Egyptian cotton linens, French doors, private balconies and mountain views. There is a large spa-like bathroom plus exhilarating outdoor cedar shower, full kitchen, an inviting and comfortable living area, wood burning stove and Douglas fir floors. Choose to entertain in the elegant dining room, outside on the deck or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Accommodates up to four adults and two children.
The Cottage apartment is adjacent to The Farmhouse yet totally separate and private. The interior is chic and stylish with Queen bed, futon, full bathroom, kitchen, French doors, private shady yard, deck, patio and BBQ. Ideal for two + child.
The 18ft Tipi is elegantly furnished with a romantic four poster canopy bed and is tucked away on a wooded hillside with a clear mountain view, just 250ft from the Cottage. ONLY available in conjunction with the rental of both the Cottage AND Farmhouse. Perfect for the adventurous types or 'Glamping' enthusiasts (a European concept...glamorous camping !) complete with outdoor cedar solar shower and restroom. Sleeps two comfortably.

San Francisco, CAA Sanctuary to Revitalize the Soul

Our family vacation was absolutely wonderful. We rented both the farm house and cottage for four days and found both to be comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated, and they welcomed our dog too! Annette and Joe were enjoyable hosts. We enjoyed the close proximity to ashland where we spent most of our time, but truly enjoyed the tranquil sounds and beauty of nature and found joy in just hanging out. The majestic walnut trees were great to nap and BBQ under and the kids and dog had plenty of room to play. There were also many outdoor adventures in close proximity and we spent one morning on a breathtaking hike. Thanks, we'll be back

Unfortunately at this time we no longer accept pets as we have livestock that must take priority. Service dogs are permitted with prior approval.
