My wife and I stayed in the Upper Suite vacation rental at Cowslip's Belle for 3 nites in Sept. Everything just as advertised. All appliances worked fine incl. an A/C unit that successfully combatted the unseasonably high late afternoon temperatures (90+ degrees) . Bed excellent. Quite adequate # of kitchen and dining wares. Everything clean.
Location perfectly close to theaters and restaurants.
I can't imagine this unit falling short of anyone's expectations. -

My husband and I have stayed at this B & B every year for 21 years. It’s true, we’re hooked! Proprietors are warm, hospitable, funny and knowledgeable. The rooms are gorgeous with incredible linens and towels. Food is absolutely delicious. You park your car and never move it until you leave for home. Theaters, restaurants and park are all a short walk. This B & B makes our ashland trip one of the highlights of our year.

Jon and Carmen run and own a long-established business in the heart of ashland. We have stayed there several times over the years and throughly enjoy each and every visit. The rooms are all one would expect of a top-notch establishment, from the comfortable beds and seating to the truffle left on your pillow at night. Our favorite part, however, is the breakfast. Delicious food is excently prepared, and both Jon and Carmen will share in the morning conversation with the guests.
The house itself is a wonder of the Craftsman style, almost 100 years old. It is in excellent condition, well-maintained with a beautiful water feature and koi pond in the back. It's location in ashland is one of the best of the B&B; community, less than a five minute walk to the theaters and downtown area.
We recommend it highly.
