Welcome to the Artycottage nestled in the Cascade foothills, minutes from downtown Ashland, Oregon, home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Saydah Design. All of the work in the Artycottage is made by Saydah Design and can be ordered. Come stay for a weekend or a week and experience the art of design first hand, buy furniture, lamps a new front door or just enjoy the beautiful country, One-Of-A-Kind furniture, metal work and textiles through out the 850 square foot cottage.
LOCATED:Ten minutes drive from the heart of Ashland in the cascade foot hills east of town. Our close proximity to the beautiful mountain lakes, superb fishing spots, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and mountain biking on forest service roads, are just a few reasons our guests return again and again.
FOCUS ON ART: We are custom furniture makers so all the furniture in the Artycottage is one-of-a-kind and can be ordered or bought. You are welcome to visit our work shop on the property and see custom furniture being made.

Response from the owner If your cell phone doesn't work we have provided you with a land line. The cottage was a 5 year art project and was built to be used and appreciated with normal attention and care. We run 2 businesses off the internet so you have plenty of internet for everyday use.

If Margaret. Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
