The Delaunay House is a one of a kind experience. You are able to experience a unique historic feel in a beautiful vacation rental with easy access to downtown. Right next door is a cute coffee shop and you are just minutes from the Shakespeare Festival! What a place to meet for a family reunion, stay for a vacation or for a girls trip!

My 18 year old son and I stayed in "Mountain" Suite. I love the claw foot bathtub. The room had views of the tree lined streets.. quiet, calm, peaceful. We had a kitchenette, which had all the amenities of a full kitchen! That really helped us save on eating out everyday.
My 6'4" son, had a great California King bed, his own TV, and his own closet!!. It was bright and cheery, and lovely sitting on the rocking chairs on the sunny days. The owner, Deborah, was really sweet... made us feel like family and was very accommodating and available for all our needs! We met another family staying there at the same time and enjoyed dinner together.
And most important... my baby... a 15 lb Lhasa apso was treated like a king!!! Pet Friendly!!! Thank you for a great stay!!! -

The DeLaunay House is such a delight. It is beautifully decorated creating an intimate atmosphere inviting romance and good times. It is meticulously clean and has all the amenities one needs for a carefree stay. It's location is superb in downtown ashland, just blocks away from the theaters, shopping and resturants. Whether it's just a romantic get-away or a family get together, the DeLaunay House can luxuriously accomodate everyone's desires.

If you want amenities, but also desire the charm and character of a time from days gone by, then you have arrived when you enter the DeLaunay House. The attention to detail creates a harmoniously beautiful retreat. The Wrap around porch is a great place to enjoy the small town environment. The central location puts you where you want to be: close to all and yet in a world all your own (everything you need is in your room including wifi).
