We really enjoyed the location and the condo at Lift One. The staff was so friendly and informative which made all of us feel right at home. We loved the availability of firewood for the fireplaces and the outdoor pool and hot tub were great! The maid service was an added bonus too. The kitchen could use some updating, and some better cookware.

We had a very nice stay at Lift 1 in June 2008. The only only negative aspect was that we had reserved one unit but were informed at check-in that it was not available and that we had been switched to another unit. We should have told in advance of our arrival.

Thank you for your review. At Lift One, when a guest requests a certain unit, we honor that reservation unless something unforeseen comes up. In this particular case, the condominium you reserved was undergoing a remodel in their kitchen which was supposed to be completed before your arrival date. Some problems arose and without time to notify you, we did have to relocate you to a different unit. We don't like surprises at check-in either and we are very sorry this happened. But we do try to select a unit that is just as suitable. Thanks again for the review.
