This newly remodeled second level 2-bedroom, 3-bath deluxe condominium overlooks the complex courtyard and heated pool and hot tub, and is only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen.
This unit is highlighted by an open kitchen and formal dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, granite counter tops and a dishwasher. The updated main living area bathroom features granite and stone and has a steams shower.
Other condominium amenities include a laundry closet, and flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms and the main living area. There's also a pullout sofa in the living area. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably!

Loved having 3 bathrooms in the 2 BR condo. Also, having a washer/dryer was great. Fasching Haus is in a great central location. I'd stay there again.

Love the location of property...but needs new things. Same bedspreads for 8
years, still moldy and peeling cabinet in master bath, needs new mattresses,
no lighting in master bedroom.
The description of the unit says recently renovated...the only things that have
changed is the layout of the furniture; a few new wooden cabinets in bedroom
and living area...but same old furniture, dining table. I was really hoping
things would be new...cabinets, appliances, beds, the only really new thing
was the TV!
