This condo exceeded my expectations by far. I knew it would be nice, but I truly enjoyed every minute there. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. It was a great location near the slopes and shopping; everything was practically walking distance. I will definately return next year!!

overall it was ok a little wornout like the carpet tacks were sticking out...tv difficult to manage not a lot of kitchen items and it was small esp the common area living room and kitchen ..larger oversized counter seats did not help the space predicement

Unit 22 at Chateau Eau Claire fell just short of my expectations but i was very impressed by timely and obliging service from Frias'. From the drivers to the front desk and House Services all the staff were very good.
I felt No 22 was cosy and quiet(2nd floor) but needed a few enhancements to warrant a "silver" rating. The TV and Sound system need upgrading as does the carpet in the living area. Some extra cutlery and utensils would also be desirable . American bedding is invariably excellent and this condo was no exception .Bathrooms were fine.
The East Cooper area is charming and well serviced by the RFTA bus . Chateau Eau Claire , while well maintained has fairly simple amenities on site.A central ski storage on the ground floor would be ideal. Also the spa would benefit greatly from some beautification and privacy.
Chateau Eau Claire is in a great location;I liked the easy access ,the building, quietness of the area and I would definitely return .
