My husband, 15-year old son and I stayed at this unit. It is well-appointed and very comfortable. The master is ten steps away from the pool and oh-so wonderful hot tub. (Don't forget your key card to get back in if everyone is out there). The location of these condos is great...downtown aspen. Ruby Park bus depot is a block away at the bottom of the hill from the comdos.It services all four mountains and is free. Grocery, great shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The only negative is that the king mattress in the master continued the feeling of being on the slopes. The one side was broken down badly. So cuddling was not an option, it was a necessity. The master bedroom was also very warm. No matter what we did with the thermostat, it stayed a bit warm for us for sleeping. I think the boiler may have been close by under the floor. We did bring these two issues to the attention of management who were more than attentive. Hopefully the mattress was replaced by now despite the fact that it was apparently fairly new. All in all, a nice spot!

Excellent location...perfectly furnished...will stay again...strange to have free standing a/C in all rooms but not too distracting.

We checked into Fasching House after being disappointed in the condo we originally booked (Fifth avenue). This is a very nice property in a great location. Close to everything, nicely furnished. Only two things could have made it better. An extra chair on the balcony (there were four of us in our party but just three chairs) and having the second bedroom furnished with a real king-size bed instead of twin beds converted into a king.

The unit was in excellent shape having been completely renovated within the
last two years. The condo complex as a whole was very nice as well as the
staff.I would highly recommend it to others and will consider staying there
again next year. Great location also. The people I dealt with at Frias Properties
on the phone to set up the reservation were very helpful and pleasent to deal
with. Great experience all around! -
