This top-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath deluxe condominium sleeps four with a pullout sofa bed, features granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a wood-burning fireplace, and is only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen.
Other unit amenities include flatscreen TV in the living room and bedroom, and a kitchen bar with stool seating. This unit also overlooks the Fasching Haus common area, heated pool and hot tub.

I was to stay in this property for 3 nights but a business emergency required that I cancel my trip. I was fully charged and never heard back regarding my prepayment from the property manager despite e-mailing them. The property was not in demand as there were no renters before or after my planned stay. So, it is a bit ironic that I have been asked to review the property which looks quite nice but which I never stayed in. An aberation from what is normally a good rental company. That said, money makes the world go round especially in aspen. And, customer service and loyalty takes a back seat to short term profits. In future visits, I will certainly consider other property rental companies and Vrbo.

The location is excellent,the service is great but the owners of this apartment need to provide a bit more value. For a so called deluxe property there were many downfalls. we had sheets that didn't fit the bed, drawers that kept falling out of the dresser when they were opened, internet that worked occasionally and then only very slowly. the kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery could not have been cheaper. The laundry was in the basement in another block and was tricky to access after 7pm. There is a 3 flights walk up so not ideal for people who dont want to lug their gear around. Overall, this is a very expensive and under equipped property.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review for Fasching Haus #380. The management company, Frias Properties of Aspen, informed the owner of the property about all of the items you pointed out in your review. The owner of Fasching Haus #380 has replaced the dresser in the bedroom, new sheets have been purchased for the bed and the kitchen utensils and cutlery have been upgraded! The Internet service was also upgraded - Resort Internet installed additional boxes throughout the Fasching Haus East building - this issue has been addressed. I'm not sure if you were aware of this but the management company also stores guests skis/gear at their office located on the first level of the building so that guests do not have to lug their gear up three flights of stairs. Thank you again for submitting a review for Fasching Haus #380. We hope that you will be back soon to enjoy all of the upgrades in this beautifully appointed condominium in the heart of Aspen, Colorado.

The property has great location.This unit is quiet and comfortable.We rented it back in 2009 and will come again.The receptionist Mariya is as cooperative as it gets !!!

Unit was comfortable and well appointed.
Staff was professional and attentive. They promptly answered all our questions and needs.
The unit was quiet, which we prefer, and we'd certainly rent it again.
Overall excellent experience.
