210 Cooper Condominiums unit 3D is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer. It's located next door to the new Limelight Lodge. This third/top floor condo faces Aspen Mountain from the living room, and it looks at Red Mountain to the north from the balcony decks off of the bedrooms. Skylights add some nice natural light in the kitchen. This condo has free off street parking, a brand new washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, and free wireless internet. Left on 03/13/2013 for a stay in February 2013
The living room and kitchen were good, but sleeping areas and baths were small. Second bedroom had no storage space, twin beds (not king as promoted) and we got no sleep. Bedrooms got too hot at night with heat on lowest setting. Not appropriate for 2 couples. Might work for small kids using second bedroom.
Health club facilities were several blocks away but nice. No shuttle from airport was provided but condo was in easy walking distance from town and bus stop.
Cleaning, repair and management staff were responsive to requests. -

Good location, enought space for 4 people. Although interior was old-fashioned and needs an upgrade, we found the condo good for our purpose as we were out all day skiing. We did not cook, just having breakfast, and for this purpose we found everything we needed. Bathrooms need an upgrade as the ceiling in the batchroom with bathtub did have black spots in the roof (fungus ?) which was not so delicate to look at.
