This three level 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath deluxe condominium features a hardwood floors and a wood-burning stone fireplace, and is only two blocks historic Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and even closer to downtown Aspen.
This bright and spacious unit features an upgraded kitchen and dining area, with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops.
Other amenities include a deck with Red Mountain and Aspen town views, a separate private deck off the master bedroom, laundry closet, and flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms and the main living area. The loft has its own full bathroom and day bed sleeper.

Fifth avenue Condo #202 was a great find. Very nicely furnished and plenty of room for our party of 6. The upstairs loft was great for our 2 grandchildren, but would be a tight fit for adults. Great location for walking into downtown aspen for meals and activities and the pool was a big hit with the grandkids.If you have trouble with stairs,just wanted to let you know it is on the top floor with a walk up 4-5 flights of stairs.
Enjoyed our stay here and will return the next time we are in aspen. -

This place is listed with two kings and a twin in the loft and trundle underneath. What the staff did not know was that one of the kings could be split into two twins so the place has five beds in reality. Very nice condo but the heating system is loud at night. Also the stairs up are a bit of a challenge. The staff are extremely nice and helpful - they get top marks.

Unit was very nice and comfortable and the location was great. The pool area could use some work for our area including the hot tub but overall completly satisfied.

The Fifth ave. Condo Unit 202 is modern and clean with a functional layout. If you are walking, be aware that it is uphill and then up three flights of steps. Frias staff was excellent. Maintenance was readily available to assist with the hot tub and pool. The check in process and airport transportation was excellent. This unit also included daily maid service which we did not expect but was tremendous. I will continue to choose Frias properties because I have had a great experience two years in a row now.

Our trip was fabulous! Everything about our booking experience with Frias was awesome. The price was reasonable especially considering the value and location. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous. I love the layout too. Perfect for several couples traveling together or a family. Everyone at Frias was extremely accommodating. We will definitely book with Frias again and hope to stay in this condo next time!
