Recently remodeled deluxe top floor condo located on the corner of Aspen and Durant Streets just 1 block from Wagner Park Aspen's town square, 3 blocks from the Gondola and right on the ski bus route. Enjoy views of Red Mountain from 2 balconies, dining table (seats 6), 3 TVs. Very comfortable King bed in master suite, king or twin beds in second bedroom. The kitchen has stainless appliances and is equipped to be able to actually cook and serve all your meals (even the knives are sharp). Both bathrooms were renovated in the spring of 2010. Rates are for 4 persons which is the normal maximum occupancy. Up to 2 additional family members may be accommodated for an additional charge of $20/person/day in some units, except for one child under the age of 13 stays for free.
Rates do not include sales tax of 11%, but there are NO "resort fees" or other baloney. Daily Maid service included in the room rate. You can pay by check or Visa or Mastercard for your convenience and security.

Lift One, and Unit 302, were a great combo
We stayed with family in this comfortable two bedroom unit, and it was really wonderful. The unit is up-to-date, with a very friendly layout, a great kitchen for quick bites and serious cooking (we were there for a week - only ate dinner out twice, and enjoyed access to the outdoor grill by the pool for two of our at home dinners). The small terraces were nice for evening sitting out and watching the day end with a drink in hand. The on-site management staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the location quite perfect (close enough to town for walking, far enough to be away from traffic and such). Laundry on site is most welcome when traveling light (carryons only). Transport center nearby allowed for easy trips to hike at Maroon Bells, etc. We enjoyed some events at the Ideas Festival while there, as well. As close to perfect weather as we could wish - time by the pool, in the pool, in the hot tub. Delightful overall.

Met our needs
We had four adults and two toddlers and the two bedroom condo met our needs .The office staff was very friendly and helpful.The only disappoint was the view. With trees in the way we could not see much of the mountains.We were impressed that the codo was cleaned everyday.The young people enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Not you typical rental property. Great finishings down to the pots and utensils. Friendly helpfull dtaff. Great pool area. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Convenience with a smile!
Lift One is an excellent choice for an Aspen condo. It is close to the gondola,
shops and restaurants, parking is easy and the ski shuttles stop nearby. Our
condo (302) had new, and user-friendly, appliances and was well equipped in
every respect (including free wood for the fire!).
But the best thing about Lift One is the people. From start to finish, everyone
was so helpful and accommodating. We were there during a serious avalanche
on Interstate 70 and the people on the desk went out of their way to call us
with updates (we had to get to Denver airport and the road was closed).
Also, I had taken a small deskjet printer with me which broke down (I
personally was writing, not skiing), but the management saved the day with
their open-access computers in the lobby - well done!
I can't think of a single way that they could improve the experience.
Great experience at Lift One Condos
The staff at Lift One couldn't have been more helpful for us. They recommended great places to eat and a good bike rental shop. Unit 302 was perfect. It had one of the best kitchens we have found in any rental, and encouraged us to make a big dinner one night instead of eating out. The location of Lift One is fantastic. We stayed three nights, and parked the car when we arrived. The car didn't move until we left three days later! We were able to walk or bike to every place in town. The public transit station is only about 4 blocks away, and Aspen Mtn gondolas is about 6 blocks. Overall, the location of Lift One was the best thing. The condos back up to the foot of Aspen Mountain. In addition, we were able to rent three weeknights and get the second for half price. What a deal!
Perfect location, nice space, great for our family
We enjoyed staying in this unit this summer. Unit was clean, spacious, functional, well furnished, quiet, had great views on the two balconies. Kitchen was well equiped. Great service from the condo management company.
We will make this an annual trip.

Always our favorite city to visit. The folks at Lift One are most pleasant and the apartment was as well. We will return as often as possible. Wish we could get a really good rate on a monthly rental!

Great place to stay
We've been staying at Lift One for over 10 years with a large group of friends. Last year we decided to stay for three weeks and rented Unit 302. The unit is beautifully decorated, well kept with new appliances. Although it faces the street it is very quite. Great location, great management team.
We rented a two bedroom facing the town. The accommodations were perfect! The unit was very comfortable, with an upgraded kitchen and great amenities. The staff at LiftOne were the best!!! From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!
