Fort Collins, COLovely Condo with some minor caveats

First off, Frias Properties was great to deal with. After searching for hotels I came across them and they had some very good rates (for aspen) on some condos. The condo we got looked to be very recently remodeled, it was in immaculate condition and some of the appliances still had their stickers/tags on them. It was a nice, short walk (3 blocks) to aspen downtown, which was great. Plus a parking spot in the condo parking lot. We had a two room condo (even though there were only two of us) and the extra bathroom was nice so we could each get ready at the same time. Overall, the condo was wonderful. Minor disappointments: No outside deck to enjoy the cool weather, no celing fans (it was hot until midnight in the condo) and one night someone was partying till late. In retrospect we should have called Frias to get them to stop (or the police). Second night was quiet. Overall, a very nice place. The price was low, for aspen, LOL. I would definitely recommend Frias Properties though!
