The Chateau Blanc Condominiums provide an ideal base from which to access all that Aspen has to offer. We’re situated on a peaceful side-street right downtown, just steps away from all amenities, including the City Market grocery store as well as shops, bars and restaurants. A number of our units have delightful mountain views, others enjoy the warmth of the afternoon sun.

• Normal maximum occupancy. Up to 2 additional family members may be accommodated for an additional charge of $15/person/day in some units, except for one child under the age of 13 stays for free.
• Maid service is provided daily, except Sundays.
• A deposit of 50% of total lodging is due within 7 days of your reservation request. Rates do not include sales tax. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
• Final payment is due on arrival except holiday season requires full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check-In is 3 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED: NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be made only if unit can be re-rented for the entire period of reservation.

We have stayed at Chateau Blanc many times over the years. It is managed on site.Mary is extremely efficient and always available to guests. Chateau Blanc is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to downtown. The past two years we have stayed in unit#5.It is a sunny 1 bedroom unit with a handy murphy bed and a balcony. It has everything we could need and is reasonably priced.We will be staying at Chateau Blanc on our next trip to aspen and have recommended it to our friends .

We have been coming to this condo for many
years now and always have great service, it's
a perfect location to town, lifts, trails, restaurants and buses.
It is a quiet side-street building with laundry service and ski lockers.
We are always happy to return.
