Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath residence in the heart of Aspen. Renovated throughout. The residence has 10 foot tall living room windows for great light all day and working fireplace! Plenty of space for the entire family. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Large outdoor deck space with BBQ Grill. Located in between chairlift 1A and the Silver Queen gondola with easy access to each as well as ski home options. Residence is 1 block from the Aspen Grand Hyatt and the Little Nell Residences. Building amenities include outdoor, year round,hot tub and swimming pool. 1 Queen, 1 full, 1 twin, queen sleeper sofa.

Left on 02/05/2013 for a stay in January 2013
My family and I had the most wonderful time at 5th avenue- The townhome was beautifully furnished and the location could not have been better. We were able to ski in and out of the condo, we had a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping in the afternoon and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a long day on the hill. The owners were wonderful to work with and we will be sure to stay at this home on our next visit.
