We had a problem one night, but Frias fixed it in no time. They were great to deal with. We rent from them every year and have for 10 years in a row.

I have stayed in this condo every year for over 6 years. THis year we had 2 small problems and maintence took care of it right away. One was the valve in one of the showers. Maintence was great!
Also the housekeeping staff did a great job considering there were always people in the condo.
I like the new key pads.
THe location is the best. it is close to everything in Aspen. -

A nice condo with plenty of room. Three bedrooms with twin beds and a bath for every bedroom was great. The condo was well maintained and everything worked. The only minor compliant would be that the kitchen was minimally equipted.
