This three-level 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath deluxe townhome features a wood-burning fireplace and is only two blocks from the gondola and downtown Aspen.
This deluxe townhome also features flatscreen TVs, and an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom is highlighted by a deck with views of downtown Aspen and Smuggler Mountain.
There's also a downstairs den with a futon couch for additional room. This unit sleeps 8!

The alpenblick units are a great place to stay in aspen because of their central but quiet location. Frias looked after us well. No. 18 is great for entertaining and large enough that 4 unrelated people can stay (with two sharing the large bathroom on the bottom floor), although it would have been good to know in advance that the den with the futon sofa bed does not have a door and lacks privacy. The unit was serviced daily and overall this was excellent, although the garbage got left behind one day. But we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

Thanks to andrew for the flexibility in moving us around. Our original rented unit was not as expected. He was very helpful. Ths location worked out well.

The condo was very nice with plenty of space for six adults, and an excellent location near the lift. We misssed having a washer/dryer as the guys coming off the slopes tended to be sweaty. The laundromat in the adjacent condo unit was inadequate/unaccceptable. The room was dirty/filthy; one of three dryers did not work; one of four washers did not work; and the equipment was very old. Never-the less, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Our stay at the Alpenblick #18 was excellent! This unit is both spacious and updated. It is so convenient to both the ski slopes and town square. We had 6 in our party for this 3 bedroom deluxe unit.
