This ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath deluxe condominium features an open living area, dining area and kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and is only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen.

We stayed in this condo in the summertime (early July) and enjoyed it immensely. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. Kitchen is very nicely equipped and spacious. We have stayed in condos in aspen for many years (my whole life) and the Chateaus Dumont and Chaumont are our favorites.
Very convenient walking to the mall, shopping, and City Market is close by as well. Parking is not a problem.
Frias Properties has always been very professional and helpful.

Left on 01/01/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Unit was clean, modern, and ideal location for skiing, dining, shopping. Only 2 blocks from the aspen Gondola and 3 blocks from the buses serving other ski areas.
Only negative about Unit #5 is the super slippery kitchen floor. Owners should replace floor to avoid any serious injuries.
